This policy explains what information QRListy collects, why, and who we share it with. We've written it in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email support@qrlisty.com.
Who we are
QRListy ("we," "us") provides a tool for businesses to publish their own price list or catalog and share it with a link or QR code. This policy covers qrlisty.com and every catalog page hosted on it.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business details you choose to add (like a business name or logo). When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares for authentication. When you build a catalog, we store the products, prices, and images you add. When someone views a public or password-protected catalog, we log basic view data (page visited, approximate time, and country-level location from IP address) to power the analytics shown to the catalog's owner.
How we use your information
We use account information to operate your QRListy account, process billing, and provide support. We use catalog data to display your price list to the people you share it with. We use basic view analytics to show you which products and categories get the most attention. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties, and we do not use your catalog content to advertise other businesses.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small number of service providers to run QRListy: Clerk for authentication and sign-in, Neon for our database, Cloudflare R2 for storing images, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and Polar as our merchant of record, handling payment processing, VAT, and sales tax for Pro subscriptions. Each provider only receives the data it needs to perform its function, and none of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
Payments and Polar
When you subscribe to Pro, your payment is processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Polar handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable VAT or sales tax directly — QRListy does not receive or store your full card details.
Password-protected lists
If you create a password-protected dealer or wholesale list, the password you set is stored securely and used only to control access to that list. Anyone with the password can view the list's contents; QRListy does not track or verify the identity of who enters it.
Data retention
We keep your account and catalog data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your catalog data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for legal or tax purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. You can export your catalog data at any time from your account (Pro), or email support@qrlisty.com to request a copy or deletion of your account data, including for GDPR-related requests.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences like language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Children
QRListy is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify account holders by email.
